Vision of Progress
In its quest to accomplish
these objectives the EDC utilizes many avenues to promote and
educate. One of these avenues is The Vision of
Progress. a monthly television
interview hosted the EDC President, Larry Sassano.
The EDC has five primary
objectives:

Retain,
expand and diversify the existing economic base.

Promote retention of military
resources in Okaloosa County.

Promote technology-based economic
development.

Enhance community awareness of EDC
services.

Collaborate with educational
institutions to ensure a high skilled and diversified
workforce.

to topics such as the technology, defense, workforce,
education, and commerce of Okaloosa County.
