8-Year Defense Logistics Agency Sole-Source Contract with $400M Ceiling
Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA — Date 28 September 2023 — Today, On-Point Defense Technologies announced it has been awarded a new long-term contract (LTC). This Enterprise Contract between the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and On-Point Defense Technologies (On-Point) is an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Type Contract (IDRC) with Fixed Price and Prospective Price Redetermination for support of consumables and Depot Level Reparables (DLRs) to support weapon system components manufactured and repaired by On-Point including, but not limited to, the Improved Bradley Acquisition Subsystem (IBAS). The Umbrella-type contract has an 8-year duration with the DLA Contracting Office in Huntsville administering the basic contract. The ceiling of this contract is $400,000,000.00.

On-Point provides product manufacturing and full life-cycle support to weapon system users from over sixteen countries. Chief Executive Officer and President Keith Driver announced, “this latest award will allow the US Army, and other ordering activities, to expeditiously and economically acquire critical capabilities provided by On-Point.” It is anticipated these potential orders will drive additional infrastructure and hiring needs by 25%. On-Point continues internal investments to increase through-put in support of this award.
